Ingredients
- 1 turkey
- 75 gr currants
- 55 gr bread crumbs
- 30 gr onions
- 30 gr walnuts
- 28 gr butter
- 26 gr celery
- 3 gr vegetable salt
- 2 ml soy sauce
Combine turkey and currants. Add next 7 ingredients and mix until well-blended. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Make 8 cm patties and fry over medium heat. Turn once, when browned, then serve.
