Ingredients
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 80 ml evaporated milk
- 60 gr herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 3 gr curry powder
- 1 gr salt
In large mixng bowl, thoroughly combine crumbs, milk, salt & curry powder. Add beef, blend well. Shape into 48 1 inch balls. TO MICROWAVE dozen MEATBALLS IN CIRCLE ON PAPER PLATE: Cover plate w/wax paper. Microwave at HIGH 2-3 minutes, rotating dish quarter turn after 1 minute. Serve with Sweet-Tart Sauce
