Ingredients
- 1 cod (frozen)
- 1 egg
- 1 sesame seed
- 120 ml water
- 95 gr flour
- 3 gr salt
Mix together. Cut cod fillets into serving sizes. Dip pieces into batter (make sure pieces are dry so batter will stick). Deep fry in 3 cm of oil for 10 to 15 minutes each side or until golden brown. Serves 3 to 4 adults.
