- 60 gr cashews (chopped)
- 60 ml water
- 55 gr butter melted
- 26 gr sugar
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 4 slices bread crumbs (sliced toasted)
- 1 slice bacon (sliced cut into halves)
EXCEPT the bacon, mixing well. Spoon the dressing into all cavities of the duck then place in a baking dish... 3) Place the bacon strips over the top and bake in a 350� oven `til the duck is tender... 4) Serve with wild rice and favorite veggie...
