Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 210 gr vanilla pudding
- 170 gr peanut butter
- 150 gr peanuts (chopped)
- 60 ml milk
- 1 package cake mix (yellow)
- 1 package ready-to-spread choc frostin
Heat oven to 180ºC . Grease and flour 2 8 or 23 cm round cake pans. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, vanilla pudding, half cup peanut butter, milk and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Fold in half cup of chopped peanuts. Bake at 180ºC . for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pans 5 minutes and remove to racks to cool. Blend the frosting with quarter cup of peanut butter. Frost the cake and sprinkle with the remaining chopped peanuts.
