Ingredients
- 1 romaine head
- 425 gr peaches (canned sliced)
- 350 gr roast beef (cooked)
- 60 gr italian dressing
- 30 gr sweet
- 1 slice ripe avocado
In a large salad bowl, combine beef, romaine, avocado and drained peaches (reserving liquid). combine dressing, quarter cup peach liquid and BBQ sauce. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss lightly. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and freshly ground pepper. Without avocado: 107 calories, 2.7g fat.
