Ingredients
- 1 oil for frying
- 1,000 gr flour
- 475 ml milk warmed
- 120 ml warm water
- 26 ml oil
- 22 gr sugar
- 6 gr salt
- 2 packages yeast
Mix all ingredients well, and let dough rise for 40 minutes. Punch down and refrigerate until chilled. Break off into walnut size balls and flatten out dough into large circle. Deep fry in 4 cm oil on both sides, drain on paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
