- 1 onion mince
- 1/2 bell pepper mince
- 2,300 gr beef pot roast
- 325 gr smoked ham (raw)
- 300 gr tomato puree
- 60 ml oil
- 18 gr garlic mash to paste
Salt & pepper Fancy Mexican Pot Roast-Rub ham strips with garlic and insert into indentations which have been made with a sharp knife in the pot roast. Rub roast well with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in hot oil. Combine onion, pepper and tomato puree. Pour over Recipe By : ----
