Ingredients
- 9 pastry shell
- 4 eggs
- 1 unbaked
- 1 pecan (halves)
- 1 recipe by southern living
- 325 gr corn syrup (light)
- 200 gr sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
Combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Add eggs, vanilla, and salt to mixture; mix well. Pour filling into unbaked pastry shell, and top with pecan halves. Bake at 160ÂșC or 50 to 55 minutes. Serve ----
