Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 270 gr sugar
- 250 gr cake flour
- 240 ml milk
- 65 gr shortening
- 14 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Sift together dry ingredients and put in mixing bowl. Add shortening and half the milk. Mix. Add remaining milk, vanilla, and egg yolks. Blend well. Pour into 2 greased and floured round layer pans and bake at 180ÂșC or 30-35 minutes. ----
