Ingredients
- 3/4 marshmallow creme
- 1,200 ml milk chocolate
- 300 gr almonds
- 120 ml milk
Melt milk chocolate to 40ºC . Scald milk. Add hot milk and marshmallow to melted chocolate, beating until smooth. Stir in 1.5 cups almonds. Spread in a buttered 20 cm square pan. Sprinkle remaining almonds over top and press in. When set, cut into squares.
Makes about 49 pieces.
