- 8 skillet brown meat
- 6 tiny carrots (whole)
- 2 carrots
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 2,900 gr beef round steak
- 475 gr size (serving pieces)
- 240 ml water
- 16 ml cooking oil
- 8 gr all purpose flour
- 2 ml instant beef bouillon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr dillweed (dried)
Add carrots; cover and simmer for dozen minutes. Add zucchini and dillweed; sprinkly with additional salt and pepper. Continue cooking about 5 minutes longer or till meat and vegetables are tender. Add tomato wedges to meat mixture and heat
