Ingredients
- 700 gr beef (ground)
- 240 ml applesauce
- 130 gr pork (ground)
- 110 gr bread crumbs
- 60 gr onion (finely diced)
- 45 ml ketchup
- 6 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours. Let cool 10-15 minutes. Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
