Ingredients
- 5 gr butter
- 5 gr unsweetened orange
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
.boiled, peeled and cut .lengthwise in 8 wedges Orange slices (optional) Place the butter or margarine in an 20 cm square microwaveable baking dish and microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in the orange juice and cinnamon. Add the potatoes, tossing to coat. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring and turning the dish once during the cooking. Garnish with oranges if desired.
