Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 700 ml milk
- 260 gr backfin crabmeat
- 120 gr sharp am (shredded)
- 4 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr parsley (minced)
- 1 gr salt
- 10 slices bread (white)
Remove crusts from bread and cut slices into cubes. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and crab. Pour into 23 cm X 33 cm baking dish. Bake uncovered at 160ÂșC or 1 hour or until center is set. 2 cups of shrimp, or a combination of shrimp and crab to total 2 cups may be substituted for crabmeat. Mrs. James Hopkins
