Ingredients
- 1 1/2 chunks
- 3 pounds stewing beef in (lean cut)
- 10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sauterne wine
- 4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 1/2 oz envlp dry onion soup mix
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours . If desired, thicken gravy. Serves 8
