Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 rhubarb rib
- 1/2 pie crust
- 240 ml milk
- 200 gr sugar
Cinnamon Roll out and place pie crust in bottom of pie plate. Place rhubarb over pie crust and sprinkle with half cup sugar. Beat eggs and add half cup sugar and milk. Pour mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 minutes.
