Grandma's Apple Pie

Ingredients

Fine Granny Smith Apples, -peeled & cut quarter c Sugar 1 tb Flour 1 ts Cinnamon Butter & Milk You can do the crust in a food processor if you don.t like stirring. Split in half, and line 23 cm pie plate with one half. Cut apples in thin slices. Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, and pour over apples. Place apple mixture in bottom crust of 23 cm pie plate. Dot with butter. Put on top crust, making vents to allow steam to escape. Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 230ºC or 15 minutes, then turn down to 190ºC or 25-30 minutes. * The Polka Dot Palace BBS 1-201-822-3627.
