Ingredients

- 4 equal lengths
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 700 gr beef sirloin (boneless)
- 120 ml kikkoman teriyaki sauce
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 3 gr garlic (minced)
- 1 gr pepper
corn and pepper alternately on skewers. Grill or broil 13 cm from heat 3 minutes on each side, for rare, or to desired doneness, brushing corn and pepper occasionally with marinade.
