Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 consomme
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 350 ml sour cream
- 50 gr tomato paste
- 7 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package mushrooms (sliced)
-mixed with 4 tablespoon flour Brown ground beef in large skillet; add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until onion is golden brown. Put in Crock.-_Pot with all remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
