Ingredients
- 20 gum arabic
- 4,500 ml honey
- 1,900 ml vegetable oil
- 1,300 gr butter
- 950 gr flour
- 500 gr sesame seeds
- 220 gr smen
- 120 ml water
- 12 gr dry yeast dissolved in
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr saffron stamens
Remove and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Makes several hundred cookies.
