Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 galliano
- 110 ml orange juice
- 120 ml oil
- 55 gr vodka
- 1 package orange cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
----------------------------------FROSTING---------------------------------1 c Confectioners' Sugar 1 tb Orange Juice 1 tb Galliano 2 tb Vodka Combine cake mix and pudding in electric mixer bowl. Blend in oil, eggs and liquids on low speed until dry ingredients are dampened, then turn to higher speed and beat for 5 minutes. Preheat electric fry pan to 280 degrees. Grease well. Add batter, cover and bake until top of cake is moist but not sticky, about 45 minutes. Open vent last 5 minutes of baking time. (Works well in dozen x dozen x 5 cm size fry pan). Combine frosting ingredients and drizzle over cake. ----
