Ingredients
- 8 sun tomatoes (dried)
- 1 1/2 italian herb seasoning
- 1 egg note (beaten)
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 120 ml milk note
- 55 gr butter note melted
- 55 gr goat cheese crumbled (optional)
- 8 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
Preheat oven to 200ºC .
Mix together flour, sugar, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add combined milk, butter, egg and tomatoes; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently fold in goat cheese. Fill EKCO Baker's Secret Muffin Crowns muffin pan cups about 0.75 full ( about quarter cup batter ). Bake 10 to dozen minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let Muffin Crowns stand a few minutes; remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
Makes 6 muffins.
