Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 475 ml milk
- 325 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr raisins
- 85 gr melted butter
- 60 ml molasses
- 24 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr ginger
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and spices. Combine molasses, milk and eggs. Stir to blend. Stir in melted butter. Add molasses mixture to dry ingredients. Stir only until moistened. Mix in raisins. Cook on a hot griddle, using quarter cup batter for each pancake. Recipe from "Cinnamon Mornings".
