Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 prepared earthworms
- 350 ml applesauce
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 110 gr butter
- 85 gr raisins
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
Directions: Prepare worms as in previous recipe. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add applesauce,earthworms, raisins, nuts and mix well. Pour into a well-greased 25 cm tube pan. Bake at 160ºC or 50 minutes.
