Ingredients
- 475 ml strained honey
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 14 gr butter
- 1 gr baking soda
Few grains salt Heat honey to boiling. Add baking soda, butter, lemon juice, and salt. Boil to hard ball stage (265 130ÂșC ). Pour into well-buttered pan. Cool. Pull until white and porous. Cut in 3 cm pieces. Iva C. Hamilton, Fremont, OH.
