Ingredients
- 4 venison (ground)
- 1,000 gr pork (ground)
- 18 gr salt
- 6 gr black pepper
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr mace
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr all spice
Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. half cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
