Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 bisquick
- 475 ml milk
- 450 gr fully ham (cooked)
- 120 gr swiss cheese
- 40 gr green onions
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Heat oven to 400*. Grease pie plate, 10x1- 1 cm. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes.
