Ingredients
- 1/4 italian seasoning (dried)
- 450 gr loose-packed (frozen)
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 14 gr margarine
- 1 gr parsley (dried)
- 1 gr salt
- 2 slices green onions
In a 1 litre micro-wave safe casserole stir together green onions, margarine, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning and salt. Cook, covered on high, or 100% power for 2 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in frozen potatoes. Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Add parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
