Ingredients
- 32 southern style hash (frozen)
- 13 casserole dish
- 1/2 butter until onions are sof salt
- 240 ml sour cream
- 240 gr corn flake crumbs
- 230 gr butter chicken soup
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper
Note: I use half of the butter listed and usually use margarine. Also it is better to take a kitchen form and stir the mixture into the hash browns to sort of coat all of them.
