Ingredients

Cut pork into small cubes. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, mustard and meat cubes. Set aside. Half tomatoes and slice other veggies. Cook onions and carrots in half tablespoon oil. Set aside. Cook zucchini in half tablespoon oil for 30 seconds, then add mushrooms for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside. Stir-fry meat in half tablespoon oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add veggies and tomatoes to meat. Serve over cooked noodles. Ramen noodles are good too.
