- 1 d salt
- 375 gr flour
- 300 gr sugar
- 230 gr butter
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 120 gr chocolate chips
- 60 ml sour cream
- 3 gr baking soda
- 3 gr vanilla
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, SODA, AND SALT. CUT IN MARGARINE UNTIL CRUMBLY. STIR IN BUTTERMILK, SOUR CREAM, AND VANILLA. DO NOT OVER MIX. FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS. FILL GREASED MUFFIN TINS 0.75 FULL OF BATTER. BAKE AT 375 DEG F. FOR 20 MINUTES.
