Ingredients
- 10 shallots
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 potatoes grilled bannock salt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 375 gr green peas
- 300 gr tomatoes
- 290 gr corn
- 170 gr jerusalem artichokes
- 45 ml oil
Fry the pepper, cucumber & shallots in the oil until tender. Add the peas, corn, tomatoes, artichoke or potato & bannock. Season to taste. Stir well & heat until everything is hot.
