Ingredients
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 110 gr butter
- 60 gr blanched almonds
- 1 gr cinnamon
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix very well. Form into small balls the size of marbles. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, about 6 cm apart. Place on lower rack of oven and bake at 200ÂșC or 5 minutes or until dough flattens out. Cool and remove with a spatula. Do not overbake.
