Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks (beaten)
- 550 gr lobster meat (chopped)
- 240 ml whipping cream
- 55 gr butter
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr mace
and then add all of the spices, and then cook for 5 min... 2) Stir in the cream and the eggs, cook until thickened stirring constantly.... May add sherry to taste, if desired...
