Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml unsweetened apple juice
- 140 gr broad noodles (cooked)
- 85 gr raisins
- 30 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 14 gr sugar
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining other ingredients, except the nuts. Pour into a well oiled 2 litre casserole dish or an 20 cm baking pan. sprinkle on the nuts. Bake in a 180ÂșC oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until browned. calories per serving: 225
