Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c unsweetened apple juice
- 2 1/2 c broad noodles (cooked)
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/4 c walnuts (chopped)
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1 tb sugar
- 1/4 ts nutmeg (ground)
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining other ingredients, except the nuts. Pour into a well oiled 2 qt casserole dish or an 8 inch baking pan. sprinkle on the nuts. Bake in a 350 F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until browned. calories per serving: 225
