Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 squares of unsweetened
- 400 gr sugar
- 250 gr sifted flour
- 230 gr margarine
- 220 gr baking powder
- 150 gr mashed potatoes
- 120 ml milk
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Heat milk and chocolate in a saucepan, stir until melted and then cool. Cream 1.75 cups of the sugar with margarine. Add egg yolks and mashed potatoes; mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Add quarter cup of sugar to egg whites and beat. Fold into cake mixture. Bake at 180ºC or 30 minutes. Randy Rigg ----
