- 400 gr sugar
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 120 ml milk
- 120 gr almonds (chopped)
- 75 gr butter
- 60 ml boiling water
- 32 gr bitter chocolate
- 10 gr baking powder
- 2 gr butter
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr allspice
and greased and floured sides. Bake at 160ºC for 1 hr, 15 min. Remove from oven and cool 5 min on a rack. Remove from pan and cool. cover with Marshmallow Icing. Melt 1 ounce bitter chocolate and half t butter in a small pan over boiling water. Spoon this mixture around edges of cake, let it run down the sides. MARSHMALLOW ICING: Cook brown sugar, butter and water in a boil until it reaches the softball stage. Add marshmallows and melt in a double boiler until spreadable. Beat in vanilla.
