Ingredients
- 1 cubed cantaloupe
- 240 ml cubed honeydew melon
- 240 ml low-fat sour cream
- 240 ml cubed watermelon
- 26 gr sugar
- 2 gr mint (minced)
- 1 gr cardamom
Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
