Ingredients
- 5 fl stock
- 1 onion
- 1 cliilli powder
- 1/4 stock cube
- 250 gr kidney beans (red)
- 170 gr british beef (minced)
- 150 gr tomatoes (chopped)
- 30 gr sweetcorn (canned)
- 30 ml tomato ketchup
Salt and black pepper Finely chop the onion. Place the meat and onion in a pan over a very low heat and dry fiy until golden. Ifthe meat is lean add 2 teaspoons oil. Add all the other ingredients (drain the canned beans and sweetcorn well) and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta and a green vegetable.
