Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 milk chocolate candy bars
- 1 sugar
- 325 gr flour
- 300 gr sugar
- 230 gr butter
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 170 gr chocolate syrup
- 140 gr pecans
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 1 ml soda
- 1 gr salt
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add melted candy bars and buttermilk, and mix well.
Combine flour, salt, and soda; add to chocolate mixture, mixing well. Add pecans, chocolate syrup, and vanilla, blending well.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 25 cm tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 160ÂșC or 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. When cake is cool, sift powdered sugar over cake, if desired.
