Ingredients
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 2 bananas
- 1 jigger of whiskey
- 1/2 long loaf french bread
- 1/2 stick butter
- 400 gr sugar
- 350 ml evaporated milk
- 350 ml water
- 65 gr flour-dusted raisins
- 26 gr vanilla
Soak the bread in the evaporated milk and water for about a half hour. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, raisins, ans bananas. bake at 350 deg.F for 45 min to an Hour. Serve hot or cold with Whiskey Sauce.
