Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 475 ml water (hot)
- 300 gr sugar
- 160 ml milk
- 130 gr flour
- 50 gr shortening
- 30 ml water
- 28 gr cocoa
- 16 gr cocoa
- 9 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Servings: 4 Preheat to 180ºC Sift dry ingrediants in a bowl. Cut in shortening. Add egg & milk. Stir til flour is moist. Put batter in 23 cm cake pan. Mix sauce well, pour over batter slowly. Bake for 40 min. Serve with milk or cream (while warm) h.peagram
