Ingredients
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 240 ml sour cream
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 55 gr twisty noodles
- 40 gr green onion
- 16 ml oil
- 1 package tomato sauce
Brown beef in oil. Salt. Add tomato sauce.
Cook twisty noodles.
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and green onion.
Put in greased casserole dish a layer of noodles, layer of cheese mixture, and a layer of meat. Repeat. Bake at 180ºC or 40 minutes. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Serves 10
