Ingredients
- 99 egg substitute
- 1 lowfat
- 190 gr flour
- 160 ml milk
- 120 gr egg beaters
- 100 gr sugar heaping
- 55 gr butter soft (very)
- 12 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add Egg Beaters. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk. Stir gently. DO NOT BEAT!
Add blueberries, cranberries or fruit of choice. (1 cup) Bake in greased muffin rings at 200ÂșC or about 20 minutes.
