Ingredients
- 4 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 unbaked pastry shell pricked (lightly)
- 230 gr bacon (cooked)
- 120 ml sour cream
- 60 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 1 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr pepper
- 4 slices american cheese
- 1 package snows clam chowder
Bake crust 8 minutes in 400 degree oven. Remove shell. Reduce heat to 325 degre es. In bowl combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, parsley and pepper ; mix well. Pour about two third of mixture into baked shell. Arrange cheese slices o n top. Pour remaining mixture over cheese. Bake at 160ÂșC or 50-55 minute s or until set.
