Ingredients
- 4 poblano chiles
- 1 onion
- 1 jalapeno chile
- 1 clove garlic
- 120 ml whipping cream
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 1 gr salt
Poblano chiles should be roasted, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped. There should be about half cup. * Jalepeno Chile should be seeded and finely chopped. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------Cook onion, chilies, and garlic in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 8 minutes. Stir in whipping cream and salt. Makes about 1.3333333333333 cups sauce.
