Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 150 gr sugar
- 95 gr apples
- 65 gr nuts
- 65 gr all purpose flour
- 5 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
Mix sugar, flour and egg. Add next 5 ingredients; blend well. Stir in nuts and apples. Pour into greased 23 cm pie plate. Bake at 180ºC or 30 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving. ----
