Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 wooden skewers
- 1 weiners
- 1 mustard
- 180 ml milk
- 130 gr martha self rising flour (white)
- 100 gr martha self rising (white)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
In large saucepan or electric fryer, heat 2 to 8 cm of oil over medium-high heat to 375. Stir together flour and corn meal in mixing bowl. Add milk, egg, and 2 tablespoons oil; stir until smooth. set batter aside for 10 minutes. Insert skewers into weiners. Dip weiners into batter. Carefully drop corn dogs into hot oil. Fry until golden brown and floating on top. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with mustard and ketchup, if desired.
